How we create your dream permaculture site together
1. Explore
What are your biggest garden dreams? I'm incredibly curious to hear about them. During an exploratory conversation, I'll listen to your wishes and introduce you to permaculture.
2. Observe
Time to put on your boots! Since my permaculture design takes into account factors like soil, topography, microclimates, and of course, your own well-being, I start with a thorough observation and analysis of your site. To make your design fully future-proof, I spread these measurements over several seasons.
3. Pre-design
Using the observation report as a guide, I'll create an initial site plan. This preliminary design will give you an idea of the different site zones.
4. Detailing
We'll sit down again to fine-tune the preliminary design. We'll determine the shape and size of the elements in your garden plan, select plants, and create a planting plan. I'll then develop the design drawing in detail and provide you with all the input you need to create your dream permaculture garden. This includes how the system works, a harvest calendar, a maintenance calendar, and a step-by-step plan for construction.
5. (Co-)creating
Need a few extra hands to help you create your permaculture garden? As your permapartner, I'll coordinate the project and assist with planting. For specialized gardening needs, I'll collaborate with garden experts in your area.
6. Evaluation
Your permaculture design isn't set in stone. To ensure your ecological garden still meets your needs, several years after its creation, I'd be happy to visit you, listen to your experiences, and suggest adjustments where necessary.
